bhaane offers a free collection service for returns and exchanges. Under most circumstances, returns and exchanges/credits are allowed within 21 days. All marked down/discounted items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style.
To process a return or exchange, simply mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +91-8800940700, and our team will be in touch to confirm the pickup of your garment. The package will be picked up within 2-3 working days.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours by calling our customer care on +91-8800940700. If the amount was already paid, it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days.
Returns: Once your returned items are received, we will process your refund via online store credit within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the store credit is in your account and ready to use. Store credit is valid for six months. For refund on online orders, refunds will be credited to the account which was used for payment within 10 business days. For COD orders: a refund can be completed via NEFT or Cheque, within 15 business days.
Faulty Goods: Goods are faulty if damaged when received, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. items damaged as result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair or replace faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, we can replace it for the same product in the same size - subject to availability. You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Gift Returns: You may exchange a gift for store credit on the bhaane wesite (sorry, you can't exchange your friend just yet). The store credit will automatically be deducted from your next purchase, and the credit will remains valid for two years.
